What Every Landlord and Tenant Need to Know
Have you ever wondered how and hwy a landlord can retain a tenant’s security deposits? How many times a landlord can enter a tenant’s unit? Or who is responsible for washing the windows?
In this workshop we will review the rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants from before you rent to after the tenancy ends. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions using your real life examples.
