We are 3 chilled canadians (2 girls and a guy) looking for new flatmates in March and if possible April too.
The house is a great 3 bedroom 4-plex, super cosy and delicious. Located in 9th Ave, close to the 7-11 and extra foods, and a 10-min walk to town and the hitching spot. Nice and clean but not anally spotless.
The room is big with a huge double bed and single on the floor … ideal for a couple or 2 people, to keep the rent low, or fine for a single person too.
Rent is : 350 for a single person, 280 each for a couple or 2 people. Bills are nothing – 20 bucks a month or so. We have a phone and cable tv.
