Hello all, I have a brand new basment suite for rent in fernie (900 sqft), it has 1 full bedroom and 2 living rooms one of which has a 1 full size pullout couch perfect for the kids or a 2nd person. There is a full kitchen and full bathroom. All other furnishings are included (tv’s,appliances,bowflex,internet,parking, etc..) Laundry service as well. Seperate entrance and ski storage make this the perfect and much cheaper option to those over priced hotels and ski condos. Bookings will be at first come first serve basis for the 2008-09 ski season. My girlfriend and I occupy the upstairs and are a very quiet, professional couple and in turn would only be looking for quiet occupants looking to ski hard and unwind casually at days end. last time I checked the hotels (room only) are $150 night and up and condos are $200 an up a night… full suite at $900 is the best option in town.. if it rents great! if not… great too!.. just trying to help out a few people not fortunate enough to have $1000’s to blow on there ski vacation.

Hi, I have just read your advert.

I am looking for a place with my other half (both professionals) for January and February, and was wondering whether a longer term rental would suit you. At the moment you are a little out of our price range, but perhaps we could come to some arrangement for a longer term rental.
