      A good sized lake front single house is for rent (in Baynes Lake), from 202509

      Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both 4 pieces), living room, dining room
      Basement: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (3 piece – shower only), game area, utility/laundry room and has separate entrance (Walk out basement).
      One Car port (but the front yard space can part more vehicles in tandem) , some storage sheds.

      The house has a Deck to view the lake.

      Monthly Rent ($2600 including limited utilities allowance and $73 WIFI/Internet).
      Terms are negotiable (long term preferred).

      Baynes lake is about 40 min driving distance from Fernie and near the US border.
