A phone line in Riverside

Hi,
We have been trying for ages to get an external line connected to the condo we are renting, turns out out our actual address does not exist as its not on their system. We went to the Town Hall to find the actual address and it seems different. Have other people in Riverside had the same problem?

Never had any problems getting a phone line at Riverside, only the usual slowness of Telus actually coming to do it. Make sure you give them the correct post code V6B 1M7 (not 1MO). Supposedly, along time ago the units were numbered differently and were changed but that should all be updated by now and I believe it only affected the red roofed units. Good luck!
