The unit is super clean, with room to sleep 4 adults comfortably. Gas oven and four burner gas range. Gas/ electric fridge/ freezer. Air conditioning unit. Shower/ bathtub. Hot water heater (gas). Good tires, good electric brakes. New wheel bearings. Lifted axle height. Lenth is 28 feet. I lived in this unit for a winter and it was most comfortable.
The entire unit was recently checked and all repairs made to ensure perfect operation of all systems by certified techs at Chris’s Custom Iron.
I also have all the needed accessories to tow with- brand new Reese hitch, top of the line Prodigy electric brake controller. I can include these or sell seperate.
Markets are tough, with a deposit I will rent to own. You can plug it in at Snow Valley Park with power, tv and a hot tub. Or the ski hill has a park as well.You could easily own it at the end of the ski season. Why pay for a high priced rental in someone else’s house? At least this way you have your privacy.
I will sell the whole set up for $7250. Just the trailer alone (no hitch or b.c.) for $6000.
