      840 sq. foot 2 bedroom 2nd floor corner unit on Ridgemont Drive for rent starting September 15, 2008. Condo is recently renovated with new appliances (including dishwasher) and decor. Condo has scenic views of the mountains and is both near a ski bus pickup point (across the parking lot) and is only a 5 minute walk from downtown. Use of the condo includes parking and the unit also has an extra storage room. Washer and dryer are located within the building.

      Looking for quiet, clean, reliable long-term renters. Asking $1,000 a month which includes power, heat, garbage and water. Also N/S & N/P. Requires at least a six month rental contract.

      To clarify the ad the available date is now October 5th (prior renter asked for another month which wasn’t unreasonable). The unit is partially furnished (Kitchen: pots, utensils, etc) (General furniture: 2 futons, 2 single beds, tv stand with tv, barbeque etc). Also for a 12 month lease the rate is $1,000 a month, for a six month lease rate is $1,250. Sorry for any confusion.

      I thank everybody for their interest however the condo has now been rented.
