Tina: I am wondering if this or your upstairs is available again this year ( 2012-2013). I went down and looked at your basement suite last year and you may recall, we nearly did a deal but you did not want my old dog. Then you spoke to me in an airport in October as I was leaving on a trip, but we had already committed to another unit.
