Is this property still available for rental? My boyfriend and i are looking for somewhere from april. We are currently living in the annex is a one bed suite, but once our contract runs out we re hoping to find somewhere we could settle down and make home. ideally somewhere with an extra room. Is the price $1300 a ear round rental price or would it be cheaper in the summer? Do you have any internal photos available?
