Hi, I’m only 4 blocks from downtown (grocery store) , house is located on the Annex side of the hwy…I walk downtown daily to work (5 min walk). And it’s 4 blocks to the hitching spot to the ski hill. Think about it and let me know….asking around 675 dependent on utilities.
