I think the problem is the merge sign on the Hwy at the entrance to FAR coming from the Elko side. hahaha It makes people mad as it is directed at the SKIHILL traffic coming off the hill. THEY HAVE TO MERGE onto the HIGHWAY, not the other way around! I have thought many a time on my way home from work at 4:30 about this, as I almost get creamed at least 4 times a week by a ” non-local” zooming to beat me! Yah I know not really the topic here but I had to vent, as it happened AGIAN today.
I do not think your family would be in any danger Czar. I seems to be related to the “nighttime ” activities of the town. *HIC*
I have been here for 5 years and have never had a problem. Maybe it is because I am married to a local? Naaa, he thinks all this stuff that is going on is nonsense as well, and makes all the people who are from Fernie look the jackass’s. Hopefully it gets better before it gets worse, and Fernie gets a bad rep.
