Over 160 nominations were made and now 94 unique nominees are being contacted to complete their award application.

Do you know an individual or business who goes above and beyond for our community? Well, now is the time to recognize everything they do for us.

There were 16 volunteers canvassing the businesses of Fernie on June 13 for Fernie’s first Business Walk.

In July 2017, a staffing survey found 60% of businesses had unfilled positions. Lack of housing was raised as a contributing factor to the shortage of workers.
