The Fernie Chamber is encouraging everyone in our community to participate in the Holiday Kickoff event taking place this Friday 26 November. This is a fun-filled day and evening to kick off the holiday season and support local businesses by choosing to #SpendItInFernie. Come out and take advantage of sales, extended shopping hours, door prizes, customer appreciation events, promotions and much more happening at businesses across town!
On top of getting a kickstart on your holiday shopping, there is so much to do in and around downtown this Friday. Enjoy a family friendly matinee at the Vogue Theatre, complete a scavenger hunt, do some crafts, and catch Santa himself and the Griz downtown. Make your way to Station Square at 6:45 pm as we light up the night with a tree lighting and fireworks display that kicks off at 7pm sharp.
And an added bonus, spend money at any local Fernie business this Friday 26 November for a chance to win a $1000 gift card to a local business of your choice. Spend from November 27 through to December 31 for chances to win weekly prizes of $500!
