Fernie is fortunate to have a two meter snowpack and great ski conditions. Clear skies are persisting and the views and colours are very seasonal. A backcountry travel advisory exists due to several deep instabilities. Enjoy the great mid-season skiing and be careful if traveling in the backcountry. Here are some images from the weekend:
