It can be accessed by cemetery bypass, a short ride up from the Aquatic Centre. For more challenging paths, ride the trails on Castle Mountain, Mount Fernie or Mount Proctor. Fernie Alpine Resort offers excellent downhill trails, likewise Morrissey Ridge for the more advanced. 3. Summer Socials
The Wednesday night and Sunday Socials continue this week. The Socials are a great framework for the business community to support one another and increase the downtown development through public support. They essentially provide a platform for local businesses and organizations to promote themselves to visitors and locals alike. This Wednesday, see Twin Peaks perform at Station Square, and Sunday check out the Dogs of Summer themed event featuring a doggy parade, petting zoo and more. Come down this week and show your support!
