Fernie has been chosen by National Geographic as one of Ten Best Winter Trips of 2012. The post comments, “See 10 Travel Destinations That Are Sure To Cure the Winter Blues”.

Fernie has a real winter; white, bright and full of winter recreation. It is a Winter paradise and this is what National Geographic had to say:
