The Fernie Ghostriders defeated Columbia Valley and have advanced to the Eddie Mountain Conference finals to play against the Kimberley Dynamiters, their favourite rivals!
The Riders knocked out division leading Columbia Valley in game six with a 5-1 decision to a packed house at the Fernie Memorial Arena.
Kimberly defeated the Golden Rockets in game five to move into the second round and will have home ice advantage based on their 2nd place season finish.
