We’ve all be waiting and Fernie Alpine Resort has finally announced their Early Bird Season Pass program, along with a discount and several policy improvements. This is from the FAR website:
“Due to the sudden conclusion of the 2019.20 Winter Season, renewing passholders from the 2019.20 Winter Season will be eligible for a 15% discount on their 2020.21 Early Bird Season Pass Purchase. Personalized emails will be sent to all renewing passholders with instruction on how to access their discount in the upcoming weeks.
2020.21 Winter Season passes will be available for sale shortly, check back regularly for updates on Specialty Passes, Member Benefits, FAQs and Add-ons!”
The program deadline has also been extended to a later date, the Early Bird Season Pass program Sale ends September 12, 2020.
We definitely missed an amazing spring, the spring season offered perhaps the best snow of the decade, however I feel gratitude for FAR’s prudent closing. Ski resort travel has been linked to substantial Coronavirus and Fernie avoided an outbreak. So I do appreciate FAR making thoughtful decisions then and now, thank you for the discount–it is appreciated.
