Tears & Gears Mountain Duathlon is a trail running and mountain biking event based out of the Elk Valley Nordic Centre adjacent to Mt Fernie Provincial Park.

The event will be the same inclusive, community focused event with competitors participating as teams or solo – Run / Bike, with the popular kids’ race as well.

Classic Solo (Run then Bike)
Classic Team.
Those under 14 can take part in the Youth Race, as a Soloist or Team.
Ages 12+ are also welcome to take part in the Classic Race.
NUMBER OF RACERS: Limited to 200 racers. *Please note: Due to the logistics of this race, there is no option to Run or Bike only – you must find a teammate or go for it Solo!*
