OK, DOPE is proud to present New Years Eve Alex Forman & Nash Park Live in Fernie! Tuesday, December 31st! Alex Forman and Nash Park bring their flagship show The Crowd Work Show to Fernie for the first time! Celebrate the end of 2024 a 100% improvised stand-up comedy show! Come hang as Alex and Nash will be take the stage at the same time with absolutely zero material prepared. Armed only with a microphone and their wits the two will have to find the funny by talking to the crowd and navigating their surroundings. If you’re looking for a fun, rowdy comedy show on new year’s eve then this is the show for you!

Alex Forman
Alex Forman realized she wanted to be a performer from a young age. She loved singing, acting and dancing and while attending the Canadian College of Performing Arts 15 years ago, she discovered her passion and obsession for improvised comedy. She continued to train and perform with some of the best improv companies Canada has to offer, including Second City Toronto, Calgary’s Loose Moose (where she won an international comedy competition twice), Vancouver Theatre Sports League, Vancouver’s Urban Well Improv, First Time Last and recently with Victoria’s famous Paper Street Theatre. Alexandra was a cast member in the monthly comedy panel show The Mash, and a regular cast member on the local tv show, Girls on Grapes.
She is currently studying with Upright Citizens Brigade. Alexandra is a co-creator of the Victoria local improv/sketch comedy group called Entertainment Village which performs monthly sold out improv/stand up shows. Off stage you can hear her alongside Nash Park as one half of the OK, DOPE Podcast.
Nash Park
Nash Park is a stand-up comedian, podcaster, and born in a small town in northern BC. Now based out of Western Canada Nash regularly performs his high-energy, hard-hitting stand-up, and crowdwork to audiences all across BC. Nash has taken part in the Just For Laughs Vancouver Comedy Festival, Rifflandia as well as opened for the likes of Jon Dore, Ivan Decker, Malik Elassal, and Dino Archie.
Nash is also the founder of OK, DOPE, a comedy collective that produces live shows, podcasts, and other comedic content. Since its founding Nash has produced hundreds of comedy shows through BC and has quickly become one of Western Canada’s biggest bookers. Nash has traveled all throughout BC with the OK, DOPE Stand-up Comedy Tour and is the host of OK, DOPE’s flagship production is The Late Night Show with Nash Park, a live show that combines stand-up, improv, and sketch all within the structure of a classic late night talk show. When not on stage you can hear him as one half of the OK, DOPE Podcast.
