no I’m not new to town and am aware of the rental shortages in town, however I am not looking to rent long term and quite enjoy having the use of my basment, this is why if I can accomadate the odd person on a short visit I will, if nobody needs a place to stay while there here for the week then thats fine too.. my family and friends have a place to stay when in town.

p.s. just incase you haven’t read the tax laws yourself, long term and seasonal rentals are taxable aswell.

last time I checked the hotels (room only) are $150 night and up and condos are $200 an up a night… full suite at $900 is the best option in town.. if it rents great! if not… great too!.. just trying to help out a few people not fortunate enough to have $1000’s to blow on there ski vacation.
