tabbycatParticipantAre you still looking, I have a room opening up on 6th avenue.
tabbycatParticipantI likely have a room opening up and we are on 6th avenue….basically just down from the Pub if your boyfriend knows Fernie. You would live with one other person (me ) and would have to be ready to commit until the end of April. Its a great house, not huge but very cozy and open concept and everything is included. When there are three tenants it is $500 each laundry and heat etc. included. The only extra is internet but it would only cost you each and extra $5/each/month. We also upgrade the cable that is included for an extra $5/each/month. The only issue is parking. All summer we could park on the road because there is only one spot really in the driveway. In the winter you can still park on the road you just have to be really careful what side they are plowing that day. It is very organized you’d just need to be aware of it. When are you coming?
tabbycatParticipantHi. I work at both Evolution and Essential so I can give you a pretty good idea. They are both good. The benefit of the gym yoga is that you also get your gym pass obviously. The downside is that it is simply a basic all levels yoga flow and only one time 4 days a week. As for essential it will cost you more, but there are different size punch cards and the more you buy the cheaper it will be. At essential the plus side is that you have a much larger array of types of yoga, instructors and time options. We have everything from yin yoga to astanga to core etc…..there are also ongoing workshops such as backbends or partner yoga that you can take advantage of. There are morning/night and weekend classes so you have much more choice as well! You could drop in to a few classes and decide….$14 drop in at essential, $8 at the gym. Your choice, I say do both I’m sure Ill see you at one, cheers, Linsey
tabbycatParticipantSorry, a couple more questions…..is there parking, where is it located, is there snow removal included, and how long is it available for? Thanks, Linsey
tabbycatParticipantHi there, I am interested in taking a look at the apartment for may but I am heading out of town Monday and not returning until Friday so would have to get in touch with you next week. I am a 29 year old female with work and am looking to settle in Fernie for the longer term. My name is Linsey and my number is 430-1509, hope to hear from you next weekend.
Thanks, LinseytabbycatParticipantJust curious, are you willing to share the cost of gas? I’m not necessarily going but am always up for a road trip if I can arrange a few days off work??? Want to visit Nelson and Kelowna at some point anyway…..let me know what your plans are and how flexible you are date wise.
