Hi Greg,
I am coming over to Fernie with three mates and your house sounds like the kind of this we are looking for. We are from Australia and all have rental references. We aren’t coming down to Fernie until the start of December but are willing to go ahead and sort out paying some rent so as to secure a position. Unfortunately the first house we had fell through and so this seems to be a small hiccup in our trip but oh well.
