Yes, I too am not impressed with Extra. Ever since we have had to pay for bags, they slipped in the ‘bag your own’ at the same time. I think it was a scam to get us to bag our own as the last ime they tried that the town was in an uproar, yet we have all just accepted it this time. Also, when an item rings in wrong, you are supposed to get it free (up to $10). TYou shouldn’t have to ask, and when you do they make you feel like the lowest person on earth. Overwaitea gladly offers the item free.
