    We are looking at some property so if your mare is still for sale in the spring then I would be interested. Grew up riding Arabs so just love them. Will need some tack as well.

    Depends on what you consider affordable. I certainly dont think that 100 year old miners homes for 400K are affordable, so I would rule out Fernie for the most part. Sparwood & the South Country are still somewhat reasonable. It all depends on where you want to live…

    Do you plan on staying longer than a year? Do you want to eventually buy something in the Valley? We have a place for sale for under 300K in Elko; 20 minutes from Fernie & 40 minutes from Sparwood. Just thought I would ask…
