Hi Kaitlin – I have a chalet on the hill that has a suite for rent. It is un-furnished and would cost 1350 per month which is an awesome deal because it is inclusive of utilities (heat, electricity, and water) and internet. Update for the coming 2013/14 seasons: This 3 bedroom chalet is available May 1 2013 for summer, winter, or long term rental. The rent will be 2250/mth summer, 3050/mth winter, and 2550 year-round blended rate.
