As their current landlord I feel it is my duty to inform potenial landlords I currently have an eviction order against these 2 couples for repeated late payment of rent (I have only received aprox 75% of the January rent and they refuse to pay more even though we have a contract). It is an unfortunate situation but I felt their ad did not tell then entire story.

To clarify the ad the available date is now October 5th (prior renter asked for another month which wasn’t unreasonable). The unit is partially furnished (Kitchen: pots, utensils, etc) (General furniture: 2 futons, 2 single beds, tv stand with tv, barbeque etc). Also for a 12 month lease the rate is $1,000 a month, for a six month lease rate is $1,250. Sorry for any confusion.
