We are a responsible couple + a 3 1/2 month old baby looking for a long term rental, 2 years at least- until we buy our own home. We are financially stable and both have long term jobs here in Fernie, but want something reasonably priced. Must be pet friendly as we have one well behaved cat, and non-furnished as we have all our own furniture. Laundry facilities a must! Rental references available.
