working for the resort?

Hi!

I have a couple of qu’s about working at the resort.

What kind of perks do you get? Vouchers, discounts etc?

About the employee ski pass – how exactly does this work? do they make a deduction from your pay check and then refund you at the end of the season if you stay the whole time? Or do they just give you a pass and you give it back when you leave? Do most employees stay the whole season or is it possible to just work a couple months and go on to another resort (maybe RCR, maybe not.)
