      I am an Australian professional, looking to rent a good 2-3brm place in Fernie for 12-18mths.
      House/condo/whatever, but prefer something right in Fernie ie walking distance from shops.
      I work at various Coal mines in the Elk valley, and am currently over here by myself, but
      my plan is to bring my family (wife and teenage daughter) over at the end of 2012.
      I can look to rent and move in anytime (from right now through to latest mid Nov).
