Hey!
I’m looking for a house, trailer, cabin, yurt, apartment (w/ private entrance or lots of space), suite, loft, barn, shop, garage or anything liveable and well light in Fernie (or in close proximity to Fernie – preferably down Cokato/Anderson Road-type areas even) to rent long-term.
I have a large Husky (7yr-old perfectly house-trained, non-barking, sleeps outside most nights even in winter) who needs acces to space or space at hand to run off-leash where I don’t have to worry about too much traffic. Can be anywhere, even in Annex, as long as it’s not right on a busy street (and if it is it needs a fenced yard!).
We’re looking for a place to call our own, shared or private. I’m in it for the long run, and need a place where I can setup for awhile, run my small-business from my laptop (Adventure Travel Co), and hopefully use a shop or garage to work on some projects. (Although not necessary).
As long as it’s accessible (maybe on my bike? Altho I have a 4×4) and close enough to town (5 to 10 mins from town would be wicked!), large, and secluded/wooded/private land/acreage, we’re looking for a close move! Industrial, unfinished, nomadic, mobile, modular, it’s all good I’m not too picky.
