We have a 2-bedroom unfurnished townhouse in central Fernie that has just become available for Nov 1 (our long-term tenants have found a free place and are backing out of their lease!).       We have a really nice clean place in annex for rent on a lease of one or two years.
      It is 3 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms and 2 decks one open and one covered. Only want very reliable people to rent.
