Hello! Myself anf my Fiance are relocating to the Fernie area this September due to a job transfer and are in need of a place to live! We would be looking to rent for 6-12 months. We are both professional mature people and would prefer a non-furnished home since we will be bringing our belongings with us. We also have a dog who is very well behaved and who has lived in our current apartment with us for a year with no issues. We can provide references if needed.

Hi there. Have you found a place yet? I have a small nicely renovated, 2-bedroom possibly coming available in October. The house is on 4th ave very close to downtown. I say possibly available because the current tenant has not given official notice but is close to buying a house and has indicated October as a likely move out date. I live in Victoria but will be in Fernie from Aug 20 through 25. If you’re interested meeting and seeing the house then please let me know.
