      The 3 bedroom house is located in west fernie about 2 min walk from the hiching spot. Looking for renter(s) for august . The two rooms would be perfect for a couple and I would negotiate a price. The house has wood stove , internet, phone , laundry ,dishwasher and has one other person living in a separtate suite with partial use of the house. The neiborhood is very friendly and easy going.       how much you thing you want a charge for a couple!
      me and my boyfriend be interessted to see it!
      we been living in fernie for years and looking to rent a good place for at least a years!

      would you be willing to have the damage deposit included on the second months rent instead of the first
