-1 large Queen bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms with Twin beds and washroom on 2nd floor
-large living room, small laundry, kitchen and eating area on main floor
-basement/crawl space is about 5 foot high and suitable for storage/ski tuning
-stove, fridge, washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher
-small fenced backyard with shed
-parking for 2 cars (driveway snow is cleared by Strata)
-Rent is $1250/month plus electric for Winter Season (Nov 1 – Apr 30)
-Will adjust rent for full year rental
We are looking for responsible tenants who will take care of the townhouse and get along with their fulltime neighbours.
