      A large Strata Complex in Fernie is seeking proposals from qualified businesses for year round Janitorial Services for common property areas. The prospective contractor will be responsible for supplying all their own equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. Prospective bids must meet the mandatory requirements listed in the RFP which includes proof of WCB coverage, details of WHMIS certification and $2 million liability insurance.
