My husband and have a beautiful home on five acres in baynes lake. On our 5 acre property, separated from our house by a double garage we have a lovely one bedroom apartment which will be available from april 20th. Baynes lake is a 30 minute drive from fernie and 45 minutes from Cranbrook. The area is stunning and our home is very close to lake koocanusa. In the winter we seem to get very little snow, we have only cleared the snow from our driveway once this year so the mild winters and warmer summers make this area a mystery but a wonderful place to live!

We are offering the apartment fully furnished but the furniture can be moved into our house if necessary. We are asking for $950 per month, this includes water and electricity but excludes tv, internet and phone. The apartment has its own entrance, parking availability, laundry, a back deck with a BBQ and plenty of out door space. It has a spacious kitchen and a wood burning stove in the living room.
