have a bachelor type area in my house i am renting out for $1000/monthfor the winter season.includes utilities, internet (if you have a computer, i have my own that i use), washer/dryer, garage (if you want it), separate entrance, mini fridge, microwave and half bathroom. possibly a landline if i decide to get one.
it would be perfect for a couple or a couple friends that are cool with living in the same room.

i am looking for somebody who can clean up after themselves on a fairly regular basis and can put up with some noise (i play instruments and i love listening to music mostly all the time).
