– 25lbs of dextrose brewing sugar (100% fermentable sugar)
– 3lbs of roast malt grain
– 1lbs of caramalt grain
– 100gms Cascade hop pellets (Alpha acid 5.4%)
– 150gms Fuggle hop pellets (Alpha acid 4.5%)
– 250gms Hallertau US hop pellets (Alpha acid 4.5%)
– 300gms Czech Sazz hop pellets (Alpha acid 2.7%)
– 350gms Mauribrew Dry Lager Yeast #497
$50 for everything! All you need to buy is Malt extract and you can make over 500 liters of beer with this much hops and yeast.
