We are a professional couple coming to Fernie for the winter season. We would like to rent a basement with 2 double bedrooms or a one bedroom apartment with a fold down couch. We will have a car so ideally would like somewhere with a car park/garage available.
We are tidy, non smokers and do not like to party. We are coming to Fernie to enjoy the powder as much as possible and are taking a 6 month career break to do so.
We will treat your property as our home and are happy to pay above market rates to secure a clean, warm and comfortable place. We are happy to pay a deposit to secure the property and can provide references.
