      Basement suite available now in West Fernie (willing to rent rooms individually)
      -Furnished kitchen & rooms
      -2 large bedrooms with double beds, bedding, dresser, etc.
      -Shared laundry area
      -$400/month includes basic utilities & wireless internet. No phone line though

      Our back yard is a very short distance from the river…great place to end your floats!
