      2 rooms for rent available immediately in house with 2 other guys–both work full time
      House is kept fairly tidy.
      all utilities & wireless internet included.
      locking garage and shed to keep your toys/bikes/skis/etc. in.
      rent is $500/month

      Hi, we are a couple looking to rent a room for the winter season.

      How long would it take to walk into town from your place?
