The suite features a nice kitchen with open cupboards, fridge, oven/stove, microwave; a spacious carpeted living room with a couch, cable television, DVD/VCR player. The available room is a medium-size bedroom with a window and currently has a single-sized bed and a dresser. Rent is $300/month all utilities included except telephone, which will be split 50/50 ($12.50/month). High speed internet also available. The house is in the Airport area, a 10 minute walk from downtown and extremely close to trails, parks and just a 2-minute walk from the Elk River. Looking for a responsible and clean roommate who will be in town for at least the summer and who has a job. People are welcome over but no parties and no smoking indoors.
