Room needed in friendly houseshare

I’m looking for a room in a houseshare. I am a non-smoker, no pets, and have a professional day job. I am in Fernie long term and hope to find a room for around 400 a month to share with friendly people. I want a place I can feel at home and relax in, preferably in the downtown area, or the annex or ridgemont. I like outdoorsy stuff and I like a beer, but I’m not a partier.
