      Is the room still available? I would require something, beginning Sept. 1st fairly long term….however I need parking for one car. Recently transferred from Toronto, work M – F (6:00 till approx. 5:00) weekends off.
      Non smoking, social drinker (not a drunk), no drugs, no parties (don’t know anyone anyways…) just here to work.

      Hello,

      I am a 23 year old education student at the University of Lethbridge. I am doing a practicum in Fernie from January until April (2012) and was wondering if you be interested in renting out the room during those months. I absolutely love pets, and am clean, mature and respectful. More details on price and availability would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
