Room for rent in Vancouver

Hi,

I may be headed out to Burnaby in late August, depends if I get in to BCIT, just waiting to hear back. Myself, boyfriend and small cat that surprizingly dosn’t really shed will be looking to rent. We are VERY clean – I’m like obsessively clean – , friendly people (we’ve rented a room in our house so know what it’s like trying to find good people). Anyways I can’t commmit to anything but just wondering if you’re close to BCIT, how much a month and if you’re rented already or not or will be looking for Sept. as I might contact you again come July or whenever I find out if I’m accepted to school.
