room for rent in basement suite

my boyfriend and I are moving into a 2 bedroom suite in the annex next week and are looking for someone to fill that 2nd bedroom. We are both early/mi-twenties-ish snowboarders, easy going and clean (not in an ocd way though).. someone with a car would be sick!! just kidding.. well..kinda.. just anyone who’s about our age and loves to ride. We haven’t actually seen the place yet, but have heard good things about it! it has it’s own separate entrance, cable tv, fully furnished, large living room, plenty of light and laudry stuff. the owners are a very nice couple that lives upstairs with their dog. the rent is 400$/month utilities incl. oh and we’ve got an xbox with a few games if anyone’s interested give me a shout mkristine@hotmail.com
