Hello Petra:

The suite is 1100 square feet and has 2 bedrooms; the suite is fully furnished (if necessary) and the rent includes cable, hydro and WIFI. The suite is fully self contained and accessible by it’s own entrance at the back of the house; backyard has beautiful mountain views and a shared hot tub. There is a tenant (my nephew) in the smaller room currently; he is working and Fernie and is willing to rent the other room to mitigate rental costs.
