      I live in a 3 BR + den in the 901 complex by myself and am looking to rent out 1 BR.
      The furnished room comes with a private balcony and bath ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s awesome!
      I am a pretty relaxed guy, but am looking for someone that?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s fairly tidy and is respectful of my Mon-Fri job (i.e. have to get up early).
      $600/month, includes: cable, internet, phone, utilities, house cleaner, gym, spa!
