House is furnished, room is too, but we can rent it unfurnished if you’d prefer.
Wicked backyard with garden, BBQ and workshop.
Very well equipped kitchen, and opportunity to share delicious meals with us.
Rent is $300 a month including utilities, phone, and internet (use of our computer, or wireless available)
Move in date is negotiable.
